The Bigger Picture
Dimension Leap was one of many game ideas. However, I feel like this game could have potential and a more unique experience compared to all my other game ideas.

What is Dimension Leap?
Dimension Leap is set in an abandoned lab and is a puzzle/action game which involves using interdimensional travel to complete puzzles. Travel from dimension to dimension with your good ol’ trusty D-11 Dimensional Rift Emanation Device or in short, the Dimension Hopper.
Dimensional Rifts
Dimensional Rifts are what’s placed by the Dimension Hopper and these rifts are going to be the focus of the game. These dimension portals enable you to jump from dimension to dimension and this feature is crucial to solving the puzzles. Here's an example of how you’d use it. Let's say you need to be small to fit in a small spot you’d teleport to the dimension where everything is massive. Then you’d be able to walk through it. Another example of use is if you find turrets maybe go to a dimension where everything is old and broken. Then the turrets wouldn’t be functional, and you can stroll on through.

The Dimension Hopper
The Dimension Hopper is the primary tool that the player will use. It's used to travel to different dimensions that can help with solving the puzzles. The Dimension Hopper has a reticle that comes up for precise placement of dimensional rifts and a monitor to select the dimension you want to hop to. You start off with only one other dimension you can travel to but as you progress you start to access more dimensions through rift crystals. Your home dimension C-11 is only one iteration of the many different dimensions you can travel to.
